This Agreement governs your access to and use of panalo's online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and payment facilities available at panalo.vu. Please read it carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Each individual may hold only one panalo account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically, result in suspension of all linked accounts, and may lead to forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.
All promotional bonuses at panalo carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or related winnings can be withdrawn. Full details are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
panalo is licensed and regulated by PAGCOR and operates exclusively under Philippine law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered to the verified account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification is required for all withdrawal processing.
panalo provides mandatory access to deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and cannot be disabled by customer support for a period of 24 hours after activation.
Important Notice: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the panalo platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and panalo ("the Company," "we," "us," "our").

Access to and use of the panalo platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the Account:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and engage in any real-money gaming activity on the panalo platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all online gaming licensees in the Philippines. panalo reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to registration, first deposit, and prior to processing any withdrawal request. Any Account found to belong to or to have been used by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all funds held in the Account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
The panalo platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from the Philippines and that your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. Players accessing the platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are not entitled to any services or winnings.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any other person in creating or using an Account.
You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by panalo or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator, nor must you be prohibited from accessing gambling services by any applicable regulatory authority. Employees of panalo and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
21+ Only: panalo strictly prohibits access by minors. Registering on behalf of an underage individual, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your Account, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in criminal referral under applicable Philippine law.
Each individual person may hold only one (1) panalo Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. panalo employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, panalo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, withhold any balances held therein, and void any pending or historical winnings attributed to the duplicate accounts, in accordance with PAGCOR anti-fraud guidelines.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, current Philippine address, and a valid mobile number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify panalo of any material changes within seven (7) calendar days of such change occurring.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. panalo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security. You agree to notify panalo's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
panalo reserves the right to request KYC verification at any time, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or when suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to provide adequate verification documentation within the requested timeframe will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal and deposit privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily. panalo processes KYC documents in compliance with the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and subsequent amendments.
panalo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO internet banking, Metrobank online banking, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). panalo does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed in this clause.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, high-volume deposits may trigger additional verification requirements pursuant to our AML compliance obligations. Deposits are credited to your Wallet immediately upon receipt of cleared funds. panalo does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking days. panalo reserves the right to conduct additional security or KYC checks prior to approving withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above defined thresholds.
You must not deposit funds on behalf of any other person, nor request withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in your own verified name. Any attempt to conduct third-party financial transactions through a panalo Account will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Note: panalo does not charge withdrawal fees. If your bank or e-wallet provider charges a transfer fee, that fee is applied by the payment provider and is outside panalo's control.
All bonuses and promotions offered by panalo — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, bingo free cards, cashback offers, and VIP rewards — are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which will be communicated at the point of opt-in. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of this Section 5 and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings generated from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed using the Player's real-money balance before bonus funds become active, unless the specific promotion terms specify a different order of play. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.
panalo prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; participating in coordinated wagering patterns with other players to exploit promotional offers; using automated software to satisfy wagering requirements; and placing bets with low or no risk across multiple outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, panalo reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses, reclaim any winnings attributable to the abuse, and suspend or close the Account.
Bonus funds and free rounds that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire and be forfeited automatically. panalo is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.
All games offered on the panalo platform are governed by the individual rules of each game, as presented within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. panalo accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game rules prior to wagering.
All slot, virtual table, and RNG-based games on the panalo platform use certified Random Number Generators that have been independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. The outcome of every RNG-based game round is statistically independent of all prior rounds and cannot be influenced by the player or by panalo.
Live casino games are conducted by real human dealers operating from licensed studio environments. The conduct of live games is subject to both the game-specific rules and the standards maintained by panalo's live casino content provider. All live game rounds are recorded and are available for review by panalo and the relevant regulatory authority in the event of a dispute.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server disruption, game software error, or communication failure — panalo reserves the right to void any game round or bet affected by the malfunction. If a malfunction affects a bet that would otherwise have resulted in a win, that win will be voided. Refunds of affected real-money stakes will be credited to the Player's Wallet within five (5) business days.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the panalo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or law enforcement:
panalo is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It should not be treated as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses. The following tools and policies are available to every panalo Account holder:
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account via the Responsible Gaming section of Account Settings. Once set, a deposit limit becomes effective immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a deposit limit take effect immediately.
Players may configure session time limits that automatically log out the Account after a specified period of continuous play. Session limits may be set in increments from 30 minutes to 8 hours per session.
Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days during which their Account will be suspended and inaccessible for gaming activity. A cooling-off period cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated.
Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the panalo platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in permanent Account closure. panalo will not market to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of activation.

All content on the panalo platform — including but not limited to the panalo brand name and logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of panalo or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any panalo intellectual property without prior written authorization from panalo.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panalo's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
panalo shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) losses arising from events outside panalo's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, telecommunications failures, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters; (d) losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms; or (e) gambling losses arising from games played on the platform, which are inherently a function of chance and player decision-making.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit panalo's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
panalo collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in panalo's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by incorporation. The Privacy Policy is accessible at panalo.vu/privacy-policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to panalo's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
panalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed due to a Player breach, any balance remaining in the Account may be withheld in whole or in part pending investigation and resolution of the relevant matter. Where an Account is closed at panalo's discretion and no breach has been established, the verified Account balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.
panalo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, panalo will endeavor to provide notice to registered Players via email to the address on file or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the amendment taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the panalo platform, shall first be referred to panalo's customer support team for internal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as the competent regulatory authority. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through regulatory mechanisms.
